6 ways to consume Seamoss gel
-neatly from a spoon (Seamoss has an odd texture however it is completely tasteless!)

Take 1/2 tablespoon per day. Start off small and slowly increase amount.
Seamoss can be used as a face mask. Apply a small amount all over your face avoid eyes wait 15 minutes for product to dry then wash off (use a flannel the product can be quite sticky)
